Benefit Coverage Dates

Benefits Start – All benefits start on 1st of the month following date of hire or 1st of the month after a benefit change

Benefits Terminate – Medical, dental and vision terminate 1st of the month following 30 days from the date of termination.  MHCEA Principal life and all voluntary plans terminate date of termination.
