Records Retention is handled thru our Food Services Department, specifically Jason Beach.  Records Retention is the holding (period) of records/documents for further use.  A record may be any document containing information.  Records Storage is a function of Records Management, addressing the retention of original records or copies (whether photographed, micro-photographed, or otherwise reproduced on film or electronic media); and the development of a systematized storage plan and indexing with respect to preservation, easy retrieval for later use, or final destruction and disposal.  Please contact Jason at X40503 for further information or if you are ready to store records.  We’ve linked a few often used guidelines for your assistance.
