Wellness

A group of people, both men and women, are posing together in front of a wooden building with windows.

Our Wellness Counselors create a safe and welcoming space on campus for students while providing school-based mental health services. The team offers short-term, solution-focused therapeutic services, supporting students’ social-emotional wellness and providing a space for self-regulation, where students can reset or regroup during the day. Our practices include: check-ins and check-outs, restorative practices, small group skill building sessions, mind & body wellness activities, crisis intervention, and connection to community resources for students and families. Wellness Centers are located at our high schools and middle schools, while each elementary and K–8 site have Wellness spaces.
