You can file a complaint if you believe your child’s school is not meeting these requirements.
Steps to File:
- Get a form – Available in your school office, district office, or on the district website. A form is not required to file a complaint; however, the complaint must be filed in writing.
- Describe the problem – Include details such as what is missing or unsafe, where it is, and when you noticed it.
- Submit your form – Give it to the school principal or the district office.
- Wait for a response – The district will investigate and send you a written response, usually within 30 working days.
You can file anonymously, but giving your name helps us follow up with you.
Information about the Williams Case and the complaint form is posted in every school office and classroom. If you need help filling out the form, school staff can assist you.
