Transcripts and Record Retention



MHUSD Transcript Request Form

Students currently attending Morgan Hill Unified School District should request records from school of attendance; however during summer break current students may request transcripts from the District Office.

If you are a former students please follow the instructions below:

  • Fill out and complete a Transcript Request form.
  • A $5.00 fee may be required for official transcripts. Acceptable forms of payment are cash,  check or money orders payable to MHUSD.  Note: Transcripts will be held until payment is received. 
  • Official transcripts are mailed via regular United States Postal Service.  Please, allow 3-5 business days to process High School Official Transcripts from the date your request is received.  In addition, please allow 5-7 days for U.S. Postal delivery. Requests are processed on a first-come first-served basis.
